At The Campbell Clinic our team looks after patients who require full mouth reconstructions and full arch reconstructions on a day-to-day basis and have done for many years. A full arch reconstruction is when it is necessary to replace all of the patient’s teeth in one jaw and a full mouth reconstruction is when it is necessary to replace all teeth.
If you have lost all your natural teeth, you no longer have to face a lifetime of wearing dentures. A complete implant smile offers you a way to restore your smile and relegate the inconvenience of wearing dentures to your past.
Patients can lose teeth for many reasons, including gum disease and tooth decay, and the resultant loss of teeth can be extremely distressing and upsetting. The team at The Campbell Clinic completely understands this and we work very hard with all of our patients to find them the best possible solution for their circumstances.
We are able to replace all of your missing teeth using dental implants. The function, strength, and appearance of dental implants are as close as it is possible to get to natural teeth.
We do not believe that ‘one size fits all’ and we completely believe that there is an individual solution for every single patient.
Andrew presented complaining of loose and missing teeth. After several discussions and consultations, we decided that he would be suitable for an upper immediate full arch reconstruction (IFAL) where we would remove his remaining upper teeth, place 4-6 implants, and an immediate temporary bridge on the same day.
After 3-6 months we then reconstructed him with a final acrylic bridge which is acrylic teeth support a titanium bar.
Annette presented with a series of problems including worn and broken upper teeth and missing lower teeth. This resulted in her upper teeth over erupting into the space leaving no room for replacement lower teeth. After long discussions, it was decided to remove her remaining teeth and place 6 implants in her upper and lower jaw provided with immediate fixed bridgework which was then replaced with permanent bridges 3-6 months later.
As you can see the results were a stark contrast to how she presented.
A dental implant is essentially a screw which is very carefully inserted into a patient’s jaw to allow connection to an artificial tooth/denture. They are the nearest tooth replacement to your own natural teeth. At The Campbell Clinic, we use the Straumann Dental Implant system.

Same day teeth is ideal for anyone who wants to regain confidence in their smile
Same Day Teeth treatment is ideal for anyone who wants to regain confidence in their smile, ability to eat, speak and laugh. It provides an alternative to patients who do not want to have to wear a temporary denture for the duration of their Dental Implant treatment.
During your consultation, we would assess your suitability for treatment using a thorough clinical assessment and a CBCT scan to analyse your bone levels in the regions of the proposed replacement teeth. If this is favourable then immediate Same Day Teeth can be considered as an effective treatment option.
'Same Day Teeth' is a procedure for people with missing or failing teeth. It's a new fixed complete set of teeth on dental implants. This can be a great option for people who are already wearing dentures or are losing their teeth due to disease and breakdown.
Implant treatment is generally painless, as it is carried out under anaesthetic, and sedation can be used for nervous patients. We’re happy to arrange a meeting with patients who have already had implant treatment so that you have a better understanding of what is going to happen and so you can have any questions you might have answered by people who have already been through the process.

Replacing a complete set of teeth can take up to 12 months which is why we also provide ‘teeth-in-a-day’ or immediate full arch loading (IFAL). This advanced treatment is meticulously planned and uses 4 to 6 tooth implants to which temporary bridges are placed. We will then carefully craft permanent bridges while the tooth implants heal. Results are incredibly natural with no visible signs that you ever had missing teeth.
