It's very clear to all of us working in dentistry that, in the main NHS, dentistry has been driven down for the past 20 to 30 years.
I was an NHS general practitioner for many years and worked in an NHS practice until 2015, when it became unsustainable to continue doing so prior to opening the new Clinic that we now have and are very proud of.
We have watched, though, as people have been cast adrift and left to fend for themselves in terms of dentistry and have thought for some time now that we should be offering a service to people who would like to access proper general dental care at an exceptional level at our own wonderful facility with our brilliant team.
And so this month, here it is.

The Campbell Clinic Total Care Club is general dentistry done differently.
We believe that we provide an extraordinary level of care and service to our patients and believe that we are innovative, using technology for the best benefit of our patients overall, with incredible staff and facility, and we have decided it's time to offer a general dental service that matches this.
The Total Care Club will cover almost all of your dental needs in one easy-to-use package. It's one monthly payment to provide you with all the access to general dental care based on prevention, to look after your oral health and your family for the rest of your life. As with all our services, it will give extraordinary access. Due to our working patterns, our Total Care Club will provide access outside of normal working hours and extraordinary care available from the amazing team at The Campbell Clinic.
The Benefits of The Campbell Clinic Total Care Club
We pride ourselves in the stability and excellence of our team, and we continually invest to improve their skills, and understanding and care and general dental patients within the Campbell Clinic will be able to benefit from this.
The scheme itself will cover almost all dentistry that you require apart from some specialist procedures; it will allow you access to our out-of-hours triage service, which will provide you with care should you be in trouble in any way (no exclusions to out-of-hours) and the out of hours triage service will be provided entirely by the team at The Campbell Clinic at our facility (you will never have to travel anywhere else to a practice you don't know to access out of hours on the weekend).
Our Total Care Club will provide you with all required hygiene maintenance.
We'll also offer whitening to patients as part of the overall treatment (your teeth need to be in good shape to start this).
In advance of joining the scheme, we'll give you a full overhaul and make sure your mouth is as ideal as possible so you know you can enter into a stable and predictable time where we take care of your oral health and you can get on with the rest of your life. One of the most common diseases in adults in the Western world is periodontal disease (gum disease).
With our extraordinary hygiene services, which have been proven repeatedly to be exceptional, particularly in dental implant care, we'll be able to take care of your teeth in a way that very few other people can.

We intend to initially open The Campbell Clinic Total Care Club to just a few hundred people. We hope that we will be able to add extra capacity to this service later, but to ensure that we look after people properly, there will be a limited release of the Total Care Club in the first instance.
